Marjorie J. Dobson

June 17, 1927 – February 10, 2014

Marjorie J. Dobson, 86, of Etna, NY, passed away quietly on February 10, 2014. Born in Tullynessle, Scotland in 1927, Marjorie is survived by her loving husband Alan and children Ian, Janet, Graham and Barry and many grandchildren whom she
adored. She met a dapper Englishman while working as scientist at the Rowett institute. This led to a 59-year marriage beginning with Marjorie riding on the back of Alan’s Vespa Scooter across Europe. Marjorie was a gentle and kind person, welcoming in many for tea and scones. Continue Reading →
